RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Our Recreational Gymnastics program is designed to help children build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning the foundations of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment.
Athletes develop skills across a range of apparatus including floor, bars, beam, and vault while progressing through structured class levels designed to match their age and ability. Each level focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving technique, and helping gymnasts grow at a pace that suits them.
New to gymnastics or coming back to it, this is where to start. Classes run every week of the year and your child can join any week. One class a week is $70 a month, about $17.50 a class, with no registration fee. Also, every new gymnast starts on our two-class guarantee: if they do not love it after two classes, we refund them.
Mini Rec (4-5 Year Olds)
Mini Rec is the perfect introduction to recreational gymnastics for young athletes aged 4 to 5 years old.
Gymnasts learn the fundamental movements that form the base of gymnastics, including rolls, balances, jumps, and basic apparatus skills. Classes focus on developing coordination, confidence, and body awareness while keeping sessions fun and engaging for young children.

Explore Rec (5-7 Year Olds)
Explore Rec is designed for gymnasts aged 5 to 7 years old who are ready to expand their skills across all gymnastics apparatus.
Athletes continue developing strength, coordination, and control while learning new skills on floor, bars, beam, and vault. Classes encourage curiosity and skill exploration while helping gymnasts build strong technical foundations.

Excel Rec (8-12 Year Olds)
Excel Rec is designed for gymnasts aged 8 to 12 years old who want to continue progressing their gymnastics skills in a structured recreational environment.
Athletes work on more challenging skills while improving strength, technique, and consistency across all apparatus. The program encourages perseverance and confidence while supporting each gymnast’s personal progress.

Advanced Rec (Skill based)
Advanced Rec is designed for experienced recreational gymnasts who are ready to work on more advanced skills and challenges.
Entry into this class is based on skill level rather than age, allowing gymnasts who have developed strong foundations to continue progressing in a supportive training environment. Athletes focus on refining technique, building strength, and developing more complex gymnastics elements.
